‘Les Cyprès’ is an independent building within the Domaine de Dolomieu estate. We were asked to design the restaurant and welcome desk of this new build. Our aim was to use as many natural materials as possible, including wood, plants, cordes and stone. We used an earthy colour scheme throughout and aimed to make it as warm and welcoming as possible for the guests at the Domaine de Dolomieu.
